Attendance is required at picture day, even if you do not plan to purchase pictures. The goal is for the group photo for each class to include all dancers. If you are not able to attend Picture Day please contact Erin at info@danceworkskenora.com or by calling or texting 807-464-3666.
You need only attend for the time slot of your class (or classes). Expect to be at the studio for approximately 1 hour as the schedule is only approximate.

Picture Day Details
Group photos will be taken for each class or performance. Due to time constraints, individual photos (aside from solos) will only be taken if an individual photo of the dancer is being purchased. Photos will be taken by Colleen Serban from 9:00am to 4:30pm at the studio on Sunday, May 1.

Photo prices will start at $25+HST for the Starter Package (which includes your choice of one 8×10 print or two 5×7 prints). After purchasing the Starter Collection you may add additional prints a la carte or purchase specialty items such as keychains or mugs.
Order forms and payment are due on Picture Day. Please come prepared with your form completed and payment ready. If your dancer is in more than one routine and you are purchasing only 1 individual photo please be sure to clearly indicate which routine/costume they should be in for their individual shot. Cheque or exact cash are the preferred forms of payment.
After Picture Day, you will be sent a private link to view the images and make your image selections for prints. If you do not select an image within one week then we will select the image(s) for you. Additions to an order can be made after Picture Day by contacting Colleen Serban.
Accounts must be up to date in order to receive your picture order. If your account is overdue please contact Erin in order to arrange a payment plan. Pickup dates for photo orders will be communicated after Picture Day.
We will work on picture poses during regular class to help the day run smoothly. Dancers should be wearing light makeup for pictures (less than stage makeup but enough to emphasize features for the photos) and should have their hair done in the correct style for their dance.
Picture Day Schedule
Classes will arrive at different times in order to reduce congestion at the studio. We will be using Inglenook Studio as a staging and prep area, when you arrive please enter directly through the art studio doors.
Call times for each class are listed below. Please arrive no later than the listed time with hair and makeup done. Costumes and any accessories (tights, shoes, hair pins, etc) should be worn for the class picture.
After pictures are completed you will remain responsible for your costume until Recital on May 28.
