A few important dates and events to keep in mind as we head into November & December.
Fall Break Week – October 28 to November 3
The studio will be closed and there are no dance classes from Monday, October 28 through Sunday, November 3. We hope you enjoy this rest week and have a happy Halloween! Classes resume beginning on Monday, November 4.
Bring a Friend Week – November 4 to 10
We’re hosting “Bring a Friend” week at DanceWorks Kenora. Invite a friend to join you at your dance class (or come try a different style than you usually take) for free from Monday, November 4 to Sunday, November 10, 2024.
Please be sure to have your friend’s parent/guardian complete the “Bring a Friend” week waiver before attending class with you.
Viewing Week – December 1 to 6
Save the date – we’ll be having our in studio viewing week from Sunday, December 1 to Friday, December 6. Parents/guardians or other family members are invited into the studio to watch their dancer’s class (max of 2 per dancer please). This is your opportunity to see what a typical dance class looks like and see what the dancers have been working on so far this year.

November 4, 2024 – Fall 2 Mini-Session Classes Begin
November 5, 2024 – Installment Payments Due
November 8, 2024 – Open Registration for Winter Session Classes
December 5, 2024 – Installment Payments Due
December 17 to January 4, 2024 – Winter Break – No Classes
January 5, 2025 – Full Year Classes Resume & Winter Session Begins
February 22, 2025 – Studio Picture Day
May 8 to 10, 2025 – Tentative Dates TBC – Dress Rehearsals & DWK 2025 Recital
